Name: Lyndon Moore.
Job: College student/barista on campus.
Imprinted Name: Charlotte Cummings.
Personality: Lyndon is very quick with jokes and sarcasm- he can’t stand being in a serious conversation or moment for too long, so he cracks some kind of joke to break it up. He can be cocky at times, especially when it comes to his looks- he knows he looks good- but he tries not to let that side show too often. Somewhere deep inside, Lyndon has a sweet side, though he likes to think he’s a playboy.
Bio: Lyndon was always a bit of a trouble child. He was hyper- more so than other boys his age- and constantly throwing something around the house. His parents decided the moment he was old enough to join some kind of sport, they were going to put him in it. He started off in T-ball when he was little, his parents figuring that the sport would allow him to burn off some energy while giving him rules to follow, and ended up moving on to baseball when he got older. He gave up the sport in junior high, though, and opted to join the swim team instead once he moved up to high school. Swimming was something he always enjoyed- and still does to this day. Though he won’t admit it, one reason he enjoys swimming so much is the female attention he gets from it, but will that still be the case once he finds his soulmate?
Name: Lily-Mae Elcott.
Job: College student/Librarian at Sonnie Hollow High.
Imprinted Name: Alex Middleton.
Personality: Lily-Mae is very sure of her abilities, but she doesn’t like to throw it in people’s faces. She was that girl who always had straight As in school, sat in the front row, and was always on the teachers’ good side. She likes to keep herself busy either by reading novels on the side (which are all written in and highlighted by now) or going over her school work. She is very determined to go somewhere in life, she just isn’t quite sure where that somewhere is yet.
Bio: Lily-Mae was a strong-willed, determined child, but she always managed to reign in those two features and focus them on one thing: her education. Part of the reason she is so determined about getting a good education is that her mother, who was around more than her father was, didn’t finish high school before she got pregnant with Lily and dropped out. Lily doesn’t want this for herself- she wants to be a strong, independent woman who can fend for herself until the time comes along for her to settle down. But, in this society, is that possible?
Name: Evelyn Davis-Halsted.
Imprinted name: Jesse Halsted.
Personality: Evelyn was brought up to be a proper lady, always being polite, soft-spoken, and staying a bit in the background. This changed, though, when she met her match, Jesse Halsted, a rough around the edges kind of guy who worked as a mechanic. She still holds onto certain qualities she was brought up with, like always saying excuse me, please, and thank you, but she’s lost quite a bit of her soft-spoken side and picked up a roughened one instead.
Bio: Evelyn was mainly raised by her mom who stayed at home with her nearly at all times, teaching her to read and write as well as cook and sew- all the things she would need to know for her future, her mom taught her. She was on the wealthier side of the society, growing up in a large house with plenty of unused, unexplored spaces, and she grew accustomed to having people wait on her, to a certain extent, that is. She was taught the men open and hold the doors for women, so she would always wait for a man to open the door, but, again, that’s something that changed after Jesse came along.
Evelyn and Jesse were married in 2009 when she was 20 and Jesse was 22. They now have a 2 year old son whom they share custody of as the two separated in late 2011 due to the stress of not actually loving each other yet having a new member of their household whom they each had a part in making. Now Evelyn must decide whether she wants to try and work her marriage with Jesse out or if she is will move on and defy the society’s rules by finding another man to marry.
Welcome to Utopia, at least that’s what the members of the society call it. Sonnie Hollow is a small-town society where members have a name imprinted on the palm of their left hand, and not just any name either… this name is the name of the person they are to be with forever, whether it be because they will truly love that person or because that person can provide what they need for a good future, they are destined to be with only them. But what happens when people attempt to break away from the norm and be with the person they actually love who just so happens to not have the same name as what’s been imprinted into their skin?

Name: Cai Lynwood
Imprinted name: Elisabeth “Liesl” Weiß.
Personality: Cai has always been that guy who is in the middle ground; he’s not exactly shy, but he’s not exactly outgoing either, he’s not the best at sports, but he wasn’t the one being picked last. He’s always just been in between. He has very interesting ideas tucked away in his mind, but nobody ever really sticks around long enough to listen to them, so he finds himself filling notebooks with them instead.
Bio: Cai comes from a family with three children, he, of course, being the middle child; the one that’s looked over some times because his older brother was always causing some kind of trouble to get attention, and his little sister was always whining until she got her way- he stayed under the radar that way. Although this lifestyle didn’t do much for his self-confidence, it did teach him to be more self-sufficient, which is why he has been working since he was 16, saving up funds for a car, more notebooks to stuff full of ideas, and hopefully a higher education. But, what happens when the girl he’s suppose to be with is willing to listen to all his ideas without saying a word?
